I always leave my art journal on my table, open at a page in progress. As the days go by, the layers build up, inspired by whatever I’m thinking and feeling in the moment, a creative outlet to process life with all its ups and downs, a sacred space to reconnect to my soul.

I recently released a very special online class called From Page to Canvas, where I share all the ways that our art journals can help us create beautiful paintings. I’ve just finished creating my gratitude art journal page for this year! I do one every December, to honor and celebrate the gifts of the past twelve month. When art and mindfulness come together, it’s just so good for the soul. Enjoy!
