Lesson 7: Reflections

< Back to Classroom     -     Next Lesson >

what is your book telling you?...

It's time to take a step back, breathe, and take a moment to... read your book. Because yes, it's a book you're creating, and it wants to be read, held, looked at, reflected upon... It has many things to say, many insights to reveal, and emotions to stir...

Breathe. Slow down. Take the time.

Your book is not finished, it's in the making, and I invite you to take a moment to simply be with it, feel it, thank it. Open it, page after page... What does it tell you? What meaning, what stories have woven themselves between its pages already? you don't need to try and make sense of everything. Sometimes it just "is" and all you need to do is allow it to be.

Pay attention to the way you feel as you journey through the pages. Things that feel good are aligned with the truth of who you are. And if something feels off, simply change it, add, remove, tear, cover up, scratch away, deepen, lighten... Its YOUR book, it's allowed! Your book is a part of you. Allow it to be this sacred talisman where a glimpse of your truth is revealed.
