A Little Book of Blooms
You guys! I’ve been filming and editing videos all week, and it’s finally time to share what I’ve been up to! I’m so excited to announce that I’m collaborating with Tamara Laporte of Willowing Arts once again, for a brand new course called Kaleidoscope!
Kaleidoscope is a mixed media art course with a focus on exploring color, the beauty of our world and the human spirit: an inspiring and uplifting program for sure! It will run over a period of 4 months, starting in August, with 15 different art teachers who will guide you on a creative journey through the world of color while learning about inspiring people and amazing worldly wonders.
My lesson will be inspired by one of my favorite artists and women: Beatrix Potter! She is mainly known for her children’s books, her watercolors, and her love of nature, so I thought it would be a great opportunity to play with watercolor, watercolor effects, flowers, and gather all our experiments in a special little book!
Registration for Kaleidoscope opens today and the class begins on August 1st. I love having this beautiful project to look forward to!
