I’m so excited to announce a new collaborative project I’m participating in! I’ve been filming and editing videos all week, and it’s finally time to share it with you!

I have hardly ever thrown any art away in my life. I’m patient and a little stubborn, and above all I have full trust in the creative process, so I’d rather let them sit on a shelf for months or even years until they finally come alive, like the series I’m sharing today.

Roses are just starting to bloom in the garden. Did you know that pink is proven to be a deeply soothing color, associated with love and kindness? I thought I'd share some with you today!

It feels very soothing to me, this idea that everything is going to be OK, that it’s all taken care of, that higher forces are protecting me, watching over me, keeping me safe when I feel vulnerable, small, tired… This is the message of this new little soul.

There is so much joy, hope and strength to be found in art, and in art-making. Finishing this new painting has given me renewed confidence, and I hope it with you will lift your spirits too!

Today I thought I'd share a simple and beautiful little practice that supports my creativity and helps me feel inspired day after day. You can even do it with kids, enjoy!
