We just opened registration again for my online class Layers of Light! At this time of the year when we most feel the need for light in our lives, I am grateful and so delighted that we get to gather, create, and shine that much more brightly together. Today I'm delighted to share with you the second "Light Seeker student spotlight" from my online class Layers of Light! And even more delighted to introduce you to a fellow french artist: Sophie Kerdellant. Sophie shares a beautiful "poetic affirmation" that she wrote as part of the class, as well as a glimpse of her story as an artist, woman and mother committed to shining her true light in the world.

Iris de Voogd is a textile artist from the Netherlands. She shares an authentic glimpse of her thoughts and emotions, her "growing pains", as she keeps striving for the light.

Today has been an emotional roller coaster. I'm working on an online class that aims at bringing out more light into the world, when shadows and destruction have struck hard again. I guess it's no coincidence that the luminous guest post I am sharing tonight is all about grief, light and courage... I am deeply honored to welcome one of the most talented women I know: the beautiful Sarah Treanor.
