Right now, I’m in one of those “in-between” moments, one of those liminal spaces where everything seems to slow down and freeze, holding its breath before the next big leap… which happens tomorrow!

Valentine’s Day used to mean nothing special to me, but what if it became an opportunity to celebrate Love, all love and especially self-love? What if we were brave enough to embrace every part of who we are and show up with our whole, beautiful heart?

Just as the river does, our emotions flow and carry us through life in unique and sometimes unexpected ways: What if we let ourselves be guided by them? What if we trusted ourselves enough to dive under the sparkly surface and find out what wisdom awaits us there? What if we let go of resistance and simply embraced the flow?

I’m feeling stuck, Yippee!… That’s right, since the holidays I have been feeling totally and utterly STUCK. The Artist Block in all its glory! If you’re a creative in any field at all, I’m sure this is something you can relate to, because it’s 100% part of the creative process. So what if we explored this together a little and see if I can lure myself back into the studio? Let’s find out!

Today I’m looking back at another page from my art journal. This one speaks to me of Joy, of Freedom, of being Brave and allowing ourselves to feel Safe and Supported. Connecting to the feeling of Home inside of us and opening our wings with full Trust!

Weaving is such an ancient, universal process. It is gentle and intuitive, with a soft, meditative rhythm that makes you slow down and invites day-dreaming... I love it so much and I'm excited to share it in a brand new class called "Woven Dreams"!
